[Diabetes-Talk] Fwd: Tandem pump and new mobile app-accessibility update

Update:
Melanie and I spoke today and she got her voiceover turned on and then checked out the tandem app for accessibility. The app at this point doesn’t actually seem to have buttons that take you to another screen or do anything but just provides status of what’s going on on the pump and voiceover did read all of the information on the screen except for the graph showing the blood sugar Over a period of time which sounds similar to the graph that appears on the Dexcom app. Even for sighted individuals the buttons on the tandem don’t seem to currently perform any function but are just informational. The information provided would be extremely valuable as it includes things like current basal rates, insulin on board, bolus history, information as to how the pump may be adjusting basal rates or giving automatic correction boluses etc.
