I downloaded it and didn't notice tremendous differences, but since many of
you use apps for your glucose monitors, you need more specific information
related to your needs.

Has anyone downloaded IOS 14 on their iPhone yet?  I just received notice
that it is available, but it has major changes to the home screen
appearance.  I don't want to regret downloading it like I did when IOS 7
came out and caused  a lot of headaches until some of the bugs were fixed
for blind users.  Thanks!
