I will say, whenever there has been an update that other voiceover users don't like or complain about, I personally have not experienced problems. So, there are probably a lot of variables that go into this. What version of phone you have, tips and tricks you might know to make it work, etc. I am not updated to 14 yet, but like I said, some people say it's awful accessibility wise, and others say they have not had issues. My advice, better to be safe than sorry.
