First of all, hi everyone! Long time, no talk, but I am back. For anyone who doesn't know me, if you wish, I can do a post re-introducing myself.

Right out of the gate, though, I have a question. Does anyone know of a good, accessible resource for nutrition information for Trader Joes products? My A1C recently got really bad again so I am back to watching calories, carbs etc. Can anyone help?
