[Diabetes-Talk] bringing down a1c numbers

Hi I went to my doctor yesterday an my numbers came down from 8.1 to 7.9 
so do you have any tips that help bring numbers down? also I know that 
normal fasting numbers should be between 70 and 100 but what numbers are 
a reasonable guideline for me to use since my numbers are above seven. I 
am still new at all of this. thanks much. I t isn't my intention to ask 
dumb questions.thanks in advance.
