[Diabetes-Talk] Wa's wondering about the food service, Schwans

Well the best way to say it is this,
There is plenty of salt in what ever you buy from the store or schwans.
We husband and I love the sausage patties, I cook them in the frier.
Grease droppes down, there are sausage patties cooked but I don't get those.
We also get links.
We also love the breakfast blend,
It comes with potatoes sausage, and onions peppers.
I put an egg on the bottom of the bowl, add breakfast blend, then cook 
it for three and a half minutes, adding it to a tortilla.
I don't eat schwans all of the time, once a week if that.
So if I am bad,
I am glad to be so.
