[Diabetes-Talk] A question please

I often find, particularly when I was using the G5, that with two different
transmitters showing up in the bluetooth, it would get confused. When I got
rid of the old one, it stopped losing its mind over bluetooth. They told me
that they get rid of the old transmitter when they update the app. Hello?
One of their dumber choices. <grin>

If you are wanting to remove the blutooth recever on your phone, go to the
app and open it.
Go to setting and check the QRCode of the current transmitter that is
running.
Then go to setting on your phone and open blutooth.
Find the transmitter that is no longer in use and single singer up once to
more info, single finger double tap, and single finger double tap on delete,
you will receive a confirmation to delete and that transmitter is removed.
There is no harm in deleting the old, no longer in use transmitter
identified in your blutooth setting.

Hello Dar, I always connect on the Dexcom G6 that works. Also you have to
keep the receiver within 20 to 40 feet of the Dexcom, but they were having a
problem with the Bluetooth connecting and disconnecting all the time. I
haven't had that problem as much lately but I did have it happen a few days
ago, and there isn't anything else you can do about that. Hope this helps.

I keep getting that the blue tooth isn't connected.
I went to see if I could do something about this.
Because suddenly it will connect.
While looking,
There are two dexcoms
one says dexcom g six,
the other one says dexcom 0
How can I fix problem.
I know the battery is low on it, but will change it out tomorrow. This
happens allot, even when I change everything out.
Thanks for helping me understand what is happening.
If you would like me to call the company I can do this.
I use my phone only.
Dar
