Hi Terry! Supposedly, there are a lot of great benefits to drinking green tea. I am not sure how true many of them are, but I enjoy drinking it. If you go to a Chinese restaurant, you Will be served green tea that is hot. I like iced tea, and I found the Arizona diet green tea with ginseng to be very good. Just make sure you don’t get tea that is not diet! It will be loaded with sugar.

Such as, Arizona, and Lipton. But I was thinking I might want to avoid those two. I wasn't too sure though. So I thought I would ask here.

In another week we will re-evaluate the situation, and go from there. If it needs to be lowered again, then we will lower it by 4 more units. This is just wonderful!
