Yes, just contact them an they will replace the sensor for you.  This has
happened to me , with only 2 senssors over the past 1 year which I will be
hitting in march 2021.  Just contac the customer service till them aht your
blindan they will walk you through heh procesof the ssteps involved in
replacing ha fufaulty sensor with a new one.  Its new tech and new tech has
tendency to break.this has happened to me in the past 2.5 years a few times
with dexcom being on g4 an g5 of dexcom and now on abbot libre 14 day system
now for a year now. Will continue to be on abbot libre and hoping atheh
libre 2 will have the app available soon for smart devices. The libre 3 will
be the revolutionary one which wil lbeht eone to watch out for which will
bbe exactly like the dexcom cgm  as I have been told by a friend of mine  in
the medical field who works with these sort of matters.
