Avoid Arizona and Lipton bottles, as they tend to be very high in sugar. I use green tea teabags all the time, sometimes stop & Shop brand, sometim
S other brands. They are less acidy than regular tea, and they will help you feel full. A great substitute for water, and wonderful on a cold damp day.
