If I am not mistaken, this is the pill form of Ozempic.   Thas strange that
the less dosage  with the sample was working and now the bigger dosage  is
not working.why not try splitting it if it's a pill with a pill cutter .

Hello, I have started a fairly new medication called Rybelsus I was able to
get it at no cost because of my income. It worked great as long as I was
using the 3mg samples even when I was told to double the dosage it still
worked. But when I stopped using the 3mg samples and got my first box of the
regular prescribed dosage of 7 mg now it doesn't seem to be working at all.
I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this issue with Rybelsus made by
Novonordisk.
