Thank you Patricia I read the insert, and that's exactly what I have been
doing. I take it when I first wake up in the morning. It worked great for a
while but now it doesn't seem to be working. Tomorrow I am going to be
calling my doctor.

I looked up the specifics of this medication on their website and there were
some pertinent instructions to make sure that you are doing. First of all it
said not to cut it in half or crush it. Then it said to take with about 4
ounces of water no more than that and with no other food or beverage. Then
to wait 30 minutes and eat your meal. Should be taken at the same time each
day So it sounds like probably before breakfast but not with your coffee or
any other medication or foods until 30 minutes after the pill. I know most
people take all their pills together but apparently this one does not work
that way.
And then of course to make any medication work to its best advantage there
are the two hard things which are consistent proper diet and regular
exercise.
