Its probably testing strips.i would suggest either getthe generic one tha are compatible or get t them from aa source.as some of these thing sit on thee shelves for a while.

I really like the clever choice voice except at the readings were off a lot maybe it was an issue with the testing strips! But it have really good sound quality.
