Hi Jamie,

Thanks for resending the link. I just wrote them on the site. Anything is worth a try, but as they had a check box that had to be checked off before submission, in which they said they have the right to ignore/not respond to these ideas I doubt our requests will be taken seriously. 

Hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.
