I would like to ask you some question about the meter that you use
one,can you plug it in to a computer and down load the info that is in the 
meter
two, after you put the batteries in do you need a sighted person to helpset 
it up  because I am blind also
three,cost of the meter and the tabs
for,does it come with a  app so you can put it in to your computer If you 
would like to talk on the phone I will put my email address in the list and 
you can email me and I can email u back with my phone
If not thanks for any info you put on the list will b appreciated

I have a Walmart ReliOn Pro Voice, I believe the meter you are talking
about. I am totally blind and like it very much. It gives accurate
readings and that is what I need. The best meter for someone is the one
which closely matches that person's needs. This one meets mine just fine.
