[Diabetes-Talk] Was wondering about Progresso soup?

Les,
When I know I’m going out and the meal will be mainly starches and desserts with little healthy options I will often have some vegetables and or salad prior to going to give me some nutrition and take the edge off of my appetite and then just eat small portions of the items at the event. If you feel comfortable you could also just take some accompaniment of your own to round out the meal.
This would be an idea for frequent events of this type but if it is only once in a while then just eat what is there in Moderat portions.
