Walmart carries a brand of Apples called “Rockit”. They are miniature red apples, nice and crisp, which are small enough to toss in your purse or a pocket. I calculate them to be a little less than 15 GM of carbs. They are sold in a plastic tub, all uniform in size. I like them for quick snacks or in place of dessert. As everyone has said, it’s all about portion control!
