I do not know of any way at least with the freestyle libre.

Hi Veronica and all,

I am pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but I'll ask anyway. Is
there any way for a blind person to use a CGM (in this case the Freestyle)
without the smartphone app? I need this information for a health
professional working with a blind person who does not have, or want a
smartphone, yet he was sent a CGM from a diabetes supply company in FL (I
assume it was ordered for him?).

Fortunately, I'm over 65 so I'm covered anyway. And I just got an
appointment reminder. Yay! That means my second vaccine has not been

Yes I think that your right on that one just tried my California state
website for that and its saying that  I am still not eligible to  get mine
even though I am 48 and have type 2 diabetes and an eye condition as  well.

	It's also considered a vulnerable condition in Texas. It's just a
matter of getting that golden ticket to an appointment for the shot(s)that's

Yes type one is considered a vulnerable condition, at least it is where I
live in Ohio. I am scheduled to get my first dose this Thursday.
