Hi Dacia,
Both of the CGM devices are accessible  with "Voice Over" on an IPhone.
Your insurance will only cover part of the cost if you are taking insulin, though.

As the subject line states, are both CGM’s accessible with the iPhone? I am working with my doctor to possibly get one of them since I have gestational diabetes again and  pricking my fingers constantly is impacting my ability to read braille at my job. Does one of them work better than the other so I know which one to try and suggest to my doctor?
