Dave, don't know if you can do any exercise given any medical issues, and
your schedule. I can tell you that I increased my exercise because of the
pandemic and took my a1C from a 7.2 to a 5.8. Start slow AND ADD AS YOU GO;
biking on a stationary bike, walking, stepping, stretching, yoga,
meditation, etc.

Thanks, Debbie, Tell Gary hi! I did have my A1C down to 5.3 then the
Pandemic and it is up to 6.9!
