[Diabetes-Talk] New Member Looking For Support

Hello,

So, this feels strange to me but I subscribed because I am newly
diabetic and honestly it is overwhelming right now. I have some weight
issues which don't help and know I need to change some diet choices .
I just need support to hear I am not alone in this. Can I successfully
check my sugar being blind? Heck, I work fulltime and view myself as
independent but this threw me for a loop and I am out of my element.
What have others done as far as changing there diets and has anyone
been super awesome at managing it and keeping levels under 200 which
is where my DR. wants me to be obviously? I will leave it at that for
now. Have a nice day.
