Because controlling Insulin is not an exact science and we all have body fluctuations.

Ok, thanks and noted. but why did it just start happening instead of happening for months at a time when I do the same exercise regime about 30 to 45 minutes a day with my row and treadmill.

And Gary, exercise almost always drops your blood sugar. I’m on an insulin pump and I turn my pump completely off during and after exercise. As Milton has said, check with your Doctor or nurse educator about your recent fluctuations in blood glucose.
