I must share what happened to us.
We wanted to go get the shingle shot, and I did the first one.
At the cost of $190.67.
The reason the shot is so high is because i didn't meet the deductable.
I asked about the dexcom supplies I get every three months.
Well because I am getting this threw a third party and humana is paying 
for it, instead of going threw humana itself they can't use that as a 
deductable.
I was told if I had used a different sencer it would have met the cost.
I don't remember what it was.
I talked to so many persons I finally had to stop.
I was told at one point if I went threw my doctors office I would get it free.
Wel I called over and they said that I could come.
OK no one talks to me they decide to go threw medicare.
Not humana.
So we get there and I am told we need $152 on top before you get the shot.
I said I was told that it was free what is going on.
Reply,
no it isn't free this is what we need now.
They didn't get the money.
Because no one talked to me, and shared what was going on.
Not even the day before where I would have shared that I didn't have 
the money we wouldn't be getting the shot.
They could have cooked me.
We got up and walked out.
I shared you people quit deciding for me, because I will not do your 
rrequest until you talk to me and share what is happening.
Don't know what the doctor will say, where I will tell him the same thing.
Glad we had a foot doctor appointment that morning.
