Dianna, I use the Omnipod insulin pump. It's technically called a patch pump, but it has a remote that runs it and there's no tubing. The pod is a pretty big rectangular plastic thing which you fill with up to 200 units of insulin. On the back of it is sticky tape. You peel off the backing and stick it to your body. You then use the remote to tell it to insert the cannula. From then on, you control the pump with its remote and you have no tubing to worry about. You change the pod every two or three days, just like you would any other pump's cannula.
