My sugars do seem to be affected by the amount of light I get. I definitely have winter and summer adjustments. Well, what passes for winter here in California. <grin.> 
They aren't drastically different but boy, responding to them sure makes my life easier.

This is crazy,
even my doctor doesn't understand.
In the fall and threw the winter months, I just go outside, and my 
sugars will drop.
He said he hadn't seen this before.
I crack up.
We have to adjust that it doesn't go to low.
