I had that same problem a few months ago but now the only time I have a
connection problem is if I leave my phone at the other end of the house.

Subject: [Diabetes-Talk] not connected

This drives me crazy.
I will be moving around in the house or anywhere where checking my numbers I
am told not connected.
Jim says it is a blue tooth matter.
I have spoken with folks from dexcom where we go to try it again and it
gives me a number.
Makes a story teller from me loll.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
I don't change anything out when it goes back and forth all of the time.
Now that we have the upgrade with the cell phone, I was hoping this would
settle down.
Just wanted to share.
