Actually the app was  also available for both I  OS and android when my endo was trying to promote this   to me a year ago while it was in testing phases.

The most important thing that could be an issue is filling the pod. If we can't do that from the app, then in my book, that is defined as not being able to use the pump. I have not heard at all whether or not all functions are available from the app. I hope they are.

Ed,
I am another member of the Accessible insulin pump task force and I’m really anxious to hear how the Omnipod android app works with Tatalkback and if you are able to access all of the menu items and perform all procedures yourself using talk back.
I will be eagerly awaiting your update.
