Ok, that  maybe the   reason why some of us don't se it . depending on our I
phone models .

Hello,
THe feature was introduced in iOS 15. I believe it is only on the iPhone 12
and later. To use it you just need to take a picture with the camera app.
Once you view the picture in your photos, the phone should tell you text was
detected and let you read it with voiceover.
