[Diabetes-Talk] Sad news

You know, I just saw this on Facebook!! I am still in a state of shock. One of Sandy's greatest characteristics, in my opinion to go along with her great wisdom and dynamic credentials, was one of great humility. Sandy was an extremely humble lovely individual!! Th There was the year that Sandy and I both ran for the vice presidency. We ran for the vice president seat of Dan. She won the first vice president see but not before I had to reassure her that if she won she would never lose my friendship because, in fact,  it would make it greater and closer either way. I had nothing but a great appreciation, love, and deep respect for our dear friend Sandy!
