Ok, I am doing that using cgm an taking multiple injectsion.so how do I participate.

We have been asked to post this request for survey participants a second time. The survey will close October 23. Eligibility requirements for taking the survey are that the person be either using an insulin pump or taking multiple daily injections as well as using a CGM.
