Hello,

Can you better describe what is going on--tell us what version of the iOS is
installed on your phone?

Describe what you are doing that you are not able to get to your CGM app on
your phone?

This will help a great deal to solve what is going on.

If people on the list cannot help, you will need to contact the manufacturer
of the CGM that you are using and speak with someone in Tech Support.
