Veronica,

I couldn't wait for the iPhone release, so I bought a used Galaxy 10E, the least expensive supported Android phone for the app. I found it on Swappa.com for only $145. I only use that phone for the Omnipod app. I don't even have a sim card in it. I use my iPhone for the Dexcom and everything else, since Talk Back really is too frustrating to use when typing. Plus, the Bixby (Android's version of Siri) does not work with Talk Back.

If they don't come out with the iPhone app soon, I'd recommend doing what I did. It is so worth it, and I know you will manage it just fine. Look what you do now to run the totally inaccessible Omnipod!

			Jamie

Veronica, not that hard to learn . the screenreader jestures are now the same . so not a hard learning curve if one wants to learn.i would go with Samsung devices. As all these health related apps work the best with Samsung devices .

I've always thought Insulet was extremely receptive. Holding out my greedy hand for that iPhone version. Hahahaha! If it doesn't come out soon, I might get past my laziness and think about learning TalkBack. But if I can hang on long enough, well, no idea how much of the accessibility changes in the Android app will translate into iPhone accessibility. But hey, that pipe dream is alive and well. <grin> Thanks for the update, Ed.
Veronica

This sounds incredibly awesome, Ed :-)
Thanks so much for sharing and thanks for your hard work!
I’m very excited to see If the accessibility continues.
