Hi Patricia,

Is changing the cartridge still an issue on the Tandem pump for a totally blind person?

Thanks.

Eileen

Another thing I forgot to mention in my last email was that notifications that show up as a dialog box on the pump can be accessed from the notifications tab in the tconnect app. Voiceover reads out what the notification is but they still have to be dismissed on the pump, screen itself. But there is a technique Whereby a blind person can do this directly on the pump. Previously I had to use the. SEEING. AI app to read any alerts or alarms or messages on the pump screen.
Patricia.
