Bridgit, neither is the Omnipod simulator. But yes, the Tandem one is a mess. But the good thing is that if a pump is controlled completely by an app, those can be more easily updated or changed than hardware. Here's hoping.

My endo trainer said with Tandem Mobi, everyone will have to use the smart device app to use the pump, sighted or not. Whether the app will be accessible or not is another question. At least for me, the Tandem simulator app is not accessible at all.

Can someone elaborate on whether all of the functions can be performed from the phone? I get that we are in a prerelease situation and that we may just not know.
