Hi,
After the announcement time passes, I also call tech support with Dexcom and
they have always told me to change the sensor and they have always sent me a
replacement senser, (877.339.2664,which is: 877dexcom4).

Warmly, Joy

Hi again, Let me say this over. If the blue tooth connectivity is not the
issue, the sensor has died, not the transmitter. Dexcom is not able to know
if the sensor has died, only the transmitter. Therefore, if you reboot yor
phone and still have this message, change the sensor and go through the
2-hour warm-up and this should, no promises, but should solve your problem.

My dexcom doesn't talk on the phone any more.
Has anyone had this problem, and if so how did you solve it?
So far it just says waiting 30 minutes.
Well I am on the 3rd day of waiting 30 minutes.
my question is if I change this out will I have the same problem?
I did call dexcom where they say my unit is still working.
Just some thoughts.
Dar
