[Diabetes-Talk] Coffee

I add a little splash of milk in my coffee and a single pack of equal. My
sugar always rises, needing a correction bolus. Nocarbs nor anything to
cause, why is this the case?

Since you are not adding any carbs or protein to your coffee, it wil not
affect your blood sugar testing.
