Hello Gary that has happened to me several months ago and they will replace
it with no problems.  Just call them and tell them what happened and they
will send you another one.

Hello,  had my last sensor,  and I had a sensor failure right after  sensor
warm up,  after doing the first scan,  to get the  process going. I wonder
if  this has happened to  any one.if so if I can hopefully get a sensor
replacement.this is the worst time  this happened, as it happened around the
holidays.
