It can be done and be done through amazon skils So if it can be done with amazon skills I am sure it can be done with siri short cuts. I have done this in past   with libre, let me find the info on  one of the diabetes groups on redd it .

Then the only way possible now would be a shortcut written so libra could share data directly with siri.  I didn't do shortcut programming in my past so I'm not qualified to write such a shortcut.
