Hi everyone!

I got some incredible news yesterday. I had blood work done yesterday for a doctors appointment I have tomorrow.

When I got the results, I immediately checked my A1C and was blown away to find out it is down to 4.9! That’s the lowest I can remember it being since I was diagnosed in 2007! I must be doing something right, so I’ll just keep on doing it!
