I found this on line
I usually make green smoothies every morning using things like Kale, Way protein powder, half a granny smith apple, ginger root, spinach and other veggies like beet and a little fresh pineapple
I change it up daily to give me some variety.
For example Way has cookie N cream protein powder with very low carbs and maybe 1 or 2 grams of sugar
