You don't have to type any numbers in just on the app go to use camera to scan then then hold the phone with the camera facing the side of the sensor facing away from the button and it will vibrate and then it will pair.

Hi,
That is not my experience. Running the app on an iPhone 16 Pro. I actually checked with Ira and had them check with my screen on. They could not see a way of doing it either. I don’t get the numbers on the bottom of my screen, there is no keyboard visible.

When you double tap on enter code, the trick is that as you swipe, it doesn't say edit box for each digit. If you have sound turned on, as you swipe right, you'll hear a click. If you get yourself on the first spot that feels like a blank area, you can type the first digit there. In fact there should be a number pad on the lower half of the screen. One time when I entered a number, it automatically advanced to the next spot and I entered the second number.

I’m so glad my apps don’t update automatically. It’s weird that today was the first time I got that June update though. Guess I will stay there. Sheesh!

But I’m enjoying the beginning of having a bit more information. I haven’t looked at the number, but the numbers never match between android and iOS. But it works.

The version on the google playstore side, is version 2.9.1 from July 10,2025. I had version 2.9.0 , on the android side , till I got the version 2.9.1 , which broke on the android side with auto scrubbing to read the graph points and trens . both apps on both side prior to the update, you could do the auto scrub an read with either side screen reader, on either voice over on I OS side or talkback on the android side . the android version is broken with the update, so I will then go back and se who I can contact to fix the matter before its pushed to the I OS side.

The new version which was pushed out today , does not have that feature any more . in which you now have to share the dexcom app to be my eyes in order to understand the graph points and trends on the graph . Don’t know who fumbled this one on the new update .
