Veronica. I don’t have those sort of issues on the android side. All I have to do on the android side is tap on ad event, then blood or finger stick calabration, then there are two buttons which have a uncheck box next to it . If I tap on the box for user finger stick calabration, then an edit box pops up, enter in the finger stick calabration, hit next ,the note section pops up , then hit done an then I have two tap on the save button twice in order for the calabration to take effect. This is on the android side with version 2.9.1 of the dexcom g7 app.

Subject: [Diabetes-Talk] Dexcom G7 app. Clarity card info, and entering finger stick calibration.

Hi everyone.

After discovering things that changed in the most recent iOS update, and hearing from many of you, I have two things I'd like you to try and see what results you get.

First, clarity card info. Many of us have noticed that in choosing the time period to report, we could only choose 14 days. Well, I rebooted my phone and this feature started behaving again. I'd love to know if this happens for the rest of you.

Second, it used to be very easy to enter a calibration from a finger stick.
Now, in the dialog, there are a bunch of unlabeled images.

I want to see if my instructions to get in there work for the rest of you, while we're waiting on Dexcom to label the images. First, choose event, which says, Ico plus. Add. On the page that opens, which says, add event, choose blood glucose, finger stick or calibration button. The next page says entry type. This is the one with unlabeled images. The one for entering a calibration says ico_radio_inactive. On my phone, this appears twice. This then brings us to an edit box where we can enter a number. Prowling around the page I found things like time and date. If you wander up there, a number pad will appear at the bottom.

I'd love to know if any of you have success with these work-arounds.

Thanks so much.

Veronica
