Paul,
While I use the libre 3+ instead of dexcom, I can answer the arm
position. I know that they "tell" you to put it on the back of the arm.
However, I have discovered that as we age, many of us tend to have
looser skin on the back. Therefore, I do not go all the way back but
stay were the arm is firm and solid. This is also easier to reach. I
also noticed that the arm tended to hurt/be tender for the entire time I
was wearing the sensor instead of it going away within minutes of
applying a new sensor.
