There was a suggestion that we do a brief survey, so here it is. Thank you for responding to it. If we fail to include any questions you think we should have addressed, feel free to address them. Which type of diabetes do you have? What did you think about the length of the seminar and it being held on a Friday and Saturday? What is the best time of year for you to participate?
