[Diabetes-Talk] Survey re our Knowledge is Sweet Seminar

A week ago today, we were listening to some fascinating presentations, some
of them from highly trained professionals, and others who are living our
lives with diabetes. There was a suggestion that we do a brief survey, so
here it is. Thank you for responding to it. If we fail to include any
questions you think we should have addressed, feel free to address them.
