[Diabetes-Talk] Diabetes and people applying for service animals through nonprofits

Hi guys, I have a girlfriend with multiple disabilities, Blind is not being one of them, but she is medically complex. I know the national Federation of the Blind has talked about multiple disabilities other than blindness on various mailing list and I pacifically have questions about type two and nonprofits that will work with people on getting service animals. Here recently she's shown interest in getting a dog for helping her with her diabetes and other chronic illnesses, which I will not name because the main focus is diabetes. If anybody, has any nonprofit they could point me to in the New Hampshire area that would be really appreciated.
