[Diabetes-Talk] Getting a CGM

I did the Acu Check thing 2 years ago. It was a royal pain in the ass! I 
couldn't get enough blood on the strip or it was too thick. I quit and 
gave up. Not waisting my money on strips and a meeter I can't use 
indapantly.

Metformen 4 times a day would make me a crazy person, but here's the thing: What are your A1C levels? Are you completely unable to do finger sticks, or has it just been hard to learn? Would your sugar levels justify a CGM. Because if all of these things are true, there are people who can advise you and your doctor as to how to write the letter to get a device.
