[DSM-Iowa] Exhibit Hall Information and schedule for the NFBI Table

Good evening Federation family: 
Convention time is nearing, and as always the National Federation of the Blind of Iowa will be represented with a table in the exhibit hall. We need everyone's help at convention to help make our table a success. We will be selling Iowa Scissors and popcorn, at table a45. Exhibit hall hours for us will be 11-5 on Monday, 8:30 until 5:00 on Tuesday. 12:00 until 1:45 and 7-9 PM on Wednesday and finally 12:00 until 1:45 on Thursday. 
We will break this down into 10 shifts. Monday: 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, 1-3 and 3-5. Tuesday we will have 4 shifts: first shift will be 8:30 until 11:00, and then the following 3 shifts will all be 2 hours. 11-1, 1-3, and 3-5. We will need people from 12:00 until 1:45 on Wednesday and Thursday, and people to cover from 7-9 on Wednesday night. 
2 people will work the table at once. Terri and Nick Wilcox have already requested the first shift. Please let me know via any of the contact methods listed below which shifts you would like to work. If you grab a friend and sign up as a pair, you are even more likely to get the shift you want. Also, if any of you are willing to fill in and take a shift should something come up, please let me know that as well. I will send out schedule information as soon as you guys start signing up for shifts. Thank you all for your cooperation and see you in Vegas if not before.
