[DSM-Iowa] MyDART Update

Hi, Des Moines Federationists:

At long last, DART has released the newest version of the MyDART app.
The new trip planner and Next DART Bus functionality are still in good
working order. For the most part, the bug related to the display and
activation of tickets seems to be fixed. That said, I did run into an
issue where the ticket wouldn't immediately re-activate when I got
onto a secodn bus for the day. I want to try things out for  a couple
days before I decide whether this was a successful fix. If anyone else
encounters anything, good or bad, please let me know.
