Hello all.

This is just a quick update.

I am writing to you from the gold coast of Southern California!

As I write this I am enjoying sitting here in my sisters porch next to a
very sleepy puppy.

I hope that you are all doing well.

I do not have an update on Michaels health. Never the less, please continue
to pray for him and his family.

At our last chapter meeting we talked about committees.

As a refresher here are the current options.

Fund raising committee.

Ambassadors committee.

Host committee.

Committee to determine what welcome package we can put together for new
orientation center students.

If you are interested in helping with any of these please let me know at
your earliest convenience.

Heads up the LEAP program is just around the corner.

So I think we need to start planning an event to reach out to the students
attending LEAP this summer. Hopefully we can have an in person event.

In either case I think that it would be great to plan something that allows
us to reach out to these students.

Senior week is also around the corner and I think that there is an
opportunity to plan something for that group as well.

Reminder that registration is open for the 2021 Virtual convention.

The National Federation of the Blind is a transformative membership and
